In the renowned Melbourne Sandbelt, opposite Woodlands Golf Course, Whitewater is a vibrant and modern residential aged care home. This Australian-first multigenerational healthcare precinct incorporates a residential aged care home alongside an early learning centre, community medical centre, commercial health club, 20m warm-water pool and commercial café. Whitewater, located in the beautiful Bayside suburb of Mordialloc, offers the region's most extensive range of aged care facilities and services.
Rooms at Whitewater are light and bright, beautifully furnished with custom cabinetry and every room has its own ensuite. There are options for a favourite piece of furniture from home, and most rooms have balconies or access to shared landscaped terraces. Some rooms even have semi-enclosed north-facing winter gardens with wonderful views across the golf course. Dining and lounge rooms feature a glass atrium overlooking a beautiful tree, which runs from the ground floor through to level three and are active places to meet for meals, watch TV, play a game or just relax and read a book.
Residents and their families will be comforted by immediate access to our onsite medical centre along with a fully equipped health club that includes a 20m warm-water pool. Plus there are dedicated activities rooms, a hair salon, Virtual Reality Cinema, and an incredible Community Hub with a grand piano that will host entertainers and play music throughout the day.
And being co-located with TLC Early Learning, residents will have the opportunity to participate in our Intergenerational Program, developed in consultation with the University of Melbourne and Griffith University.
Our approach to care is one that is person-centred and promotes independence and dignity. We will develop a care plan with you that is tailored to your needs and personal preferences. In our purpose-designed memory support environment, our highly trained team applies an innovative approach to meeting the needs of people living with dementia and their families. There’s a shared sensory garden to explore and a range of activities designed to engage and promote overall wellbeing.

My soon to be 80 year old mother is one of the first to take up residence at TLC Healthcare's brand new multigenerational residential aged care home, Whitewater. The experience over the past 4 weeks for both mum and family has been extremely positive. We thank all staff, from managers, carers, nurses, wellness, primary care, chefs and cleaners for their kindness, patience and understanding in making mums transition a fulfilling and engaging experience. The turnaround in mum's demeanor and outlook has been incredible.

TLC CEO Lou Pascuzzi has announced today there is no reason aged care homes cannot provide 24/7 nursing staff to care for their residents. “We certainly didn’t have to wait for a Royal Commission to tell us we needed 24/7 registered nursing staff. We’ve had Registered Nurses (RN’s) on staff 24/7 since the inception of the company. We see it as being clinically necessary when providing this level of care to our residents."
80-year-old Trudy has recently moved into the brand-new aged care home TLC Whitewater in Mordialloc, Victoria. The transition to the new environment was challenging for Trudy, but she found comfort in the compassionate care provided by the staff at the residence. In particular, Trudy has been enjoying hydrotherapy sessions with Primary Care Physiotherapist, Zoe.
Over the weekend of February 4 and 5, TLC invited the community to experience Australia’s first multi-generational healthcare precinct at TLC Whitewater in Mordialloc.

TLC Healthcare (TLC) is set to launch Australia’s first multi-generational healthcare precinct, in less than a month. Located in beautiful bayside Mordialloc, this is the first time all service areas in which TLC operates are co-located at one site, bringing much-needed integrated healthcare services to the local community.
