Recently a family member was a resident and I must say I have nothing but good words to say about the staff. I am in a different country so was unable to visit. However, Claire went above and beyond to facilitate skype calls. this was so important to know he wasnt alone and we was there for him the other side of the world. The staff are very proffesional but also very friendly and they care so much for their residents and their families. Highly recommend and cant thank you enough. You made a difficult time so much better for everyone, Thank you so much
