At this time with the Royal Commission investigating aged care facilities, and the shocking footage shown on TV, I would like to take the opportunity to say how privileged I am to have Mum in Opal By The Bay. I am so grateful to management, plus the wonderful ward staff and Edi's Lifestyle team for the kindness, patience and support given to the many vulnerable and frail residents in your care.
