Phillip Island includes a newly renovated Memory Care Neighbourhood (MCN).
A purpose-built environment to provide a safe and secure environment for people living with dementia care needs. Located in the Tuli wing, the MCN is a thoughtfully crafted space comprising 20 single occupancy rooms with private ensuite, outdoor garden spaces, and dedicated dining and lounge areas.
SINGLE ROOM Standard room with private ensuite and private landscaped courtyards with outdoor seating and shading. Room size excluding ensuite is 14m2-20m2. At Grossard Court we also accept residents that qualify as partial or fully supported, subject to Centrelink asset assessment.

In approximately June this year and subject to regulatory approvals, ownership of BlueCross’ 31 Aged Care Residences and its Home Care services will be transferred to Opal HealthCare.
Residents and staff at BlueCross Grossard Court in Cowes celebrated 15 years since it opened on Friday. The residential aged care facility opened in 2007 and Laundry Assistant Rhonda Sonogan was one of four employees there from the start.
