The Views at Heidelberg is Benetas’ latest Aged Care home, delivering innovative Aged Care Apartment-style living. Residents at The Views have access to internal court yards and external terraces where views of the city and Dandenong Ranges can be seen.
With only eight residents living in each Aged Care Apartment, the environment allows for more personal and engaging care. Each resident at The Views at Heidelberg has access to their own private bedroom with ensuite, along with the kitchen, dining room and lounge within their shared apartment.

Dowell Apartments
Located on the first floor, residents of the Dowell Apartments have access to their own private room complete with ensuite, featuring contemporary furnishings and built-in cabinetry. Residents also have access to stunning views of the Dandenong Ranges.
Mackay Apartments
Located on the top floor of the facility, residents have direct access to the rooftop terrace with expansive panoramic views of the Dandenong Ranges. The McCubbin Library and stylish private dining room are also located on this level. Each bedroom has its own ensuite, featuring superior furnishings, built in cabinetry and air-conditioning.

Blomfield Apartments
Located on the ground floor, residents within Blomfield Apartments are only a short walk to the Chocolate Lilies Café and Sports Bar, hairdressing salon and wellness centre. Blomfield Apartments feature beautiful internal courtyards. Each bedroom has its own ensuite, featuring built in cabinetry and contemporary furnishings.

Benetas welcomes the three recommendations made by the Committee of Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) to address serious workforce issues facing the aged care sector. Today’s Duty of Care: Aged-Care Sector Running on Empty report calls for the implementation of a user-pay aged care system with income or asset thresholds, ensuring the long-term viability of the sector.
ADCO Constructions has been awarded the Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV) Excellence in Construction of Commercial Buildings $20M-30M million for Benetas’ purpose-built aged care facility The Views at Heidelberg.
Leading aged care provider Benetas, has officially opened its $32 million aged care residence, The Views at Heidelberg. Benetas’ new approach to care is delivered in apartment style living. The Views will be home to 103 residents, in apartments for up to eight residents.
Construction of Benetas’ The Views at Heidelberg is now complete with fit-out, furnishings and landscaping underway for residents to move in mid-October. The facility is Benetas’ first purpose-built example of the industry-leading ‘new approach to care’ which centres on apartment style living and creates a genuine home-like environment for residents.
