BlueCross Monterey is a recently renovated multi-level home providing quality permanent & respite care to 113 residents.

At BlueCross Monterey, caring for you is our priority. Our team includes registered nurses and qualified personal carers, who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are committed to best practice, ensuring personalised care for each and every resident.

Situated in the heart of Glenroy in Melbourne's north. Close to local shops, the RSL club and other amenities. Public transport right outside Monterey's gates means the shopping and social hubs of Westfield Airport West, DFO Essendon, and the CBD are within easy reach.

Common spaces comprise multiple lounges, complete with tea and coffee self-service, cosy gas-log fireplaces and an arts and crafts space. Outside barbeques are encouraged with a charming vine-covered arbour and outdoor seating with umbrellas.

Each room has a height adjustable bed, bedside table, lounge chair, built-in-wardrobe, television and telephone connection point, a wall-mounted television, ceiling fans, hydronic heating and a private ensuite.

Opal HealthCare Set to Expand with Acquisition of BlueCross Aged Care and Home Care Services

In approximately June this year and subject to regulatory approvals, ownership of BlueCross’ 31 Aged Care Residences and its Home Care services will be transferred to Opal HealthCare.
