Uniting AgeWell – Condare Court provides a welcoming and close-knit community for retirees. The village is located just 30 minutes from the centre of Melbourne, in the beautiful suburb of Camberwell.

There are 10 one-bedroom units on-site with affordable rentals payable on a fortnightly basis.

All daily fees include land rates, water rates, maintenance (on our property) & gardening, the resident has to pay for all their own utilities.

Uniting AgeWell – Condare Court is located in the sought-after suburb of Camberwell and is just a few minutes away from Lynden Park and Trough Road Reserve.

The Wattle Park Golf Course is less than five minutes away, so you can practice your swing and enjoy a day on the green as often as you like.

Burwood train station and Hartwell train station are close by, making it easy to get into the city and back via public transport.

Camberwell is an established suburb with all the amenity you need, including Box Hill Hospital, shops, supermarkets and health services nearby.

Additional Support Available

Uniting AgeWell - Condare Court is located next to a 60-bed residential aged care home, where residents are more than welcome to join in the regular social activities provided by the home.
