Uniting Agewell – Cottage Gardens provides a welcoming and close-knit community for retirees, located in the beautiful suburb of Mornington.
Village features and amenities include an on-site hairdresser, dining room and meals available through the co-located residential aged care home onsite.
We have 15 one-bedroom independent living units available, with rental payments available on a fortnightly basis – making our village particularly affordable.
Uniting AgeWell – Cottage Gardens is also located next to an 87-bed residential aged care home, which organises regular activities that the retirement living residents are welcome to join in with. By having a residential aged care home located on site, if you ever require ongoing nursing care, you won’t have to uproot your life and leave your community.
Our caring communities allow you to join in our daily social activities, such as shopping trips and excursions, while also allowing you to remain connected to your family, friends and the activities you love most. It’s completely up to our residents how much they’d like to get involved with village life.
Whether you want to dive into all the activities on offer or simply relax in your unit – it’s completely up to you!
