We have a number of independent living units available on-site, including 24 one-bedroom and 6 three-bedroom units. Our units can be rented, meaning an affordable rental fee is paid on a fortnightly basis.

Our convenient location is just 10 minutes from the Hobart CBD and a few minutes from the stunning, seaside views of Sandy Bay.

We’re close to all the amenity and services you would expect from an inner-city location, with the local Coles and Woolworths, shops, restaurants, cafes, take-away venues, major banks and pharmacies all a short drive away.

The seaside views of Sandy Bay are nearby, and feature a dedicated walking track for when you feel like a stroll.

It’s easy to get around as well, with the local bus exchange just across the road from the village.
