We have 4 x one-bedroom units, 16 x two-bedroom units and one house available, plus a community hall and private garden space.

Location

We are located just outside a tram stop, which takes you to the nearest train station. This makes it easy to get around without public transport as well as get into the Melbourne city when you like.

We’re a few minutes’ walk away from a number of reserves, including Bennettswood Reserve, Gardiners Creek Reserve and a local history park. Follow the Gardiners Creek Trail to enjoy the peace of the stream and the natural surrounds.

We’re less than ten minutes to the Wattle Park Golf Course

Another five minutes’ away are several services and amenity, including cafes, petrol stations, a number of shops and fast food outlets.

When the time comes, Uniting AgeWell makes the sometimes difficult process of moving into residential aged care seamless.

Priority is given to Uniting AgeWell independent retirement living residents when transitioning to one of our aged care facilities.

Costs and Fees

Daily fees apply and cover land rates, water rates, maintenance and gardening. The resident is responsible for their own utility fees.
