Daily fees apply and cover land rates, water rates, maintenance (on our property) and gardening. The resident is responsible for their own utility fees.
Location
Uniting – Strathdon is located in the well-connected eastern suburb Forest Hill. We are conveniently positioned close to convenient amenity and services, including a Chemist Warehouse and a Coles Express for petrol and little conveniences.
You’ll find the Forest Hill reserve just up the road, where you can enjoy plenty of green space while still enjoying the convenience and connectivity of city life. There’s also a swimming pool next to the reserve if you fancy a dip or enjoy water aerobic exercises.
There’s a bus stop just outside our village, making it easy to get around without a car if needed. We face towards Springvale Road, making it easy to also jump in the car and get around Melbourne via its many freeways.
