Daily fees apply and cover land rates, water rates, maintenance and gardening. The resident is responsible for their own utility fees.

Located in Bentleigh, you are within walking distance of the local Woolworths and shopping centre, which includes a post office.
You’ll find a doctor, podiatrist, specialists and other health professionals all close by.
