Uniting AgeWell Strathglen Mews Independent Living Units

Uniting AgeWell – Strathglen Mews provides a welcoming and close-knit community for retirees, located in the suburb of Berriedale, just 20 minutes from the Hobart city centre.

We offer a number of services and amenities at Uniting AgeWell – Strathglen Mews including:

• Hairdresser salon
• Café
• Dining room (meals are available through the co-located aged care home for a fee of $5.20)
• Chapel

We offer five two-bedroom units on-site, we also have an affordable rental option where residents pay a rental fee on a fortnightly basis.

We are conveniently located next to a 45-bed residential aged care facility, which regularly arranges social outings and activities. Retirees living in the independent living accommodation are welcome to join in the organised activities.

Care is about offering care and support when and where you need it. Palliate is about providing a dignified end of life care in the setting you want.
