Uniting AgeWell Kingsville Community has 68 places, including single rooms and couples accommodation, all with ensuites bathrooms and generous built-in wardrobes.
We have beautifully landscaped gardens, including courtyard where residents can sit and enjoy their day, and an on-site café and shop with al fresco dining.

This single occupancy room with shared ensuite is from our Standard selection which range in size from 15.1 (m2) to 18.7 (m2), excluding the bathroom. All rooms feature a modern adjustable electric bed, bed side cabinet, chair, wardrobe, ceiling hoist, picture rail, TV, sheer curtains and block out blinds and a wall shelf.

This Superior double room is configured as apartment-style couples accommodation with a double bedroom, separate sitting room and generous ensuite with vanity unit. All bedrooms in this Superior range include: twin adjustable electric beds, bed side cabinets, chairs, individual reading lights, carpet or vinyl flooring, generous wardrobes, blinds, curtains and shelving. These suites all measure a generous 37.3 (m2), excluding the bathroom; and they all provide ready access to: Chapel/activities room, lounge, dining, visitor nooks, courtyards and walkways with outdoor seating and resident IT hub.

All the Premium single rooms with ensuite feature a modern adjustable electric bed, bed side cabinet, chair, wardrobe, ceiling hoist, picture rail, TV, sheer curtains and block out blinds and a wall shelf. The modern ensuite is equipped with a vanity unit. Common areas Chapel/activities room, lounge, dining, visitor nooks. Attractive courtyards and walkways with outdoor seating, elevated outdoor seating. Private dining room with breakfast bar, and a resident computer hub.
