Close to the heart of the Kimberley community, Juniper Ngamang Bawoona is a residential care home that provides essential care and accommodation needs for elderly people in Derby and beyond. A team of fully-trained staff provide the best care and support, so residents can live well, and maintain their connections to family, friends and culture.
Designed around a lovely internal garden area, this residential aged care accommodation is composed of 10 rooms, which have adjoining bathroom (with walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin). Rooms can accommodate up to three residents. Rooms feature:
Bed and bedding (including sheets, towels, pillow, pillow case, and blankets etc.)
A wardrobe with drawers
Bedside locker and overbed table
Bathroom shower chair
Comfortable chair
Window treatments
Air-conditioning unit
A TV and a number of power points
A call bell available in case of emergency
Residents are encouraged to personalise their room with small items from home such as photographs, pictures and ornaments.
