The fully self-contained independent living apartments offer both independence and privacy, while our three, two and one-bedroom villas include private parking and security.

Independent Living

Inside our independent living accommodation you’ll find standard apartment amenities include kitchen cupboards and benches, a hot water system, shower, toilet and bathroom vanity units.

A typical unit provides:

  • Ceiling fans in the living area, main bedroom, second bedroom and outdoor terrace\
  • Floor coverings – carpet in bedrooms and living area, and tiles in the toilet, laundry, bathroom and kitchen
  • Light fittings – oyster lights throughout
  • Built-in robes in bedroom two and three
  • Built-in wardrobes or walk-in robe in master bedroom
  • Window treatments – vertical blinds in kitchen, living areas and bedrooms
  • Security screens on windows
  • Security doors on external doors
  • Air conditioning in main living area and main bedroom
  • Duress Call System with up to two pendant buttons
  • Juniper provides site maintenance and gardening

Village Life

We offer a range of onsite village amenities, such as an on-site gym, a swimming pool, a hairdressing salon to pamper yourself and a library for a bit of quiet time.

You can also access our self-service café and elegant dining and lounge areas for social gatherings and group activities.

A resident bus is used for fun outings and the convenient location means cafes, shops and local entertainment are a short drive away.
